Payment & Delivery

All of our orders are processed securely by our merchant account. We accept; Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  After your payment has been made and we successfully received the transaction, we completed your full custom order, and provide your link(s) to you to give you access to your website(s). This happens within 72 hours, excluding weekends and major holidays. We know your business is important to you, so we strive to fill your order well before 72 hours. Warranty

TellTheWorldAboutUs.com services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We are not able to guarantee that our template will work in absolutely all browsers. Additionally, TellTheWorldAboutUs.com is not able to guarantee compatibility with any additional third-party plugins, scripts, or applications.

No Refund Policy

TTWAU has a strict no refund policy. Please do not sign up if you’re not sure you want to enroll. 

Since TellTheWorldAboutUs.com is offering products and services that are not tangible and are irrevocable digital products, we do NOT issue refunds after your purchase is complete.  There are no exceptions.

If there is a rare event of an overcharge or billing issue, it is the responsibility of the member to notify TTWAU.com within 7 business days.  If there is a problem with our products or services, or if you experience any difficulty, we will fix the problem as long as the issue is on our end. Please notify us at; support@TTWAU.org. Also, please note we are not responsible for website issues due to technology on the customer’s end, such as exotic browsers, third-party plugins, scripts,  applications, or hardware issues.  

Template Ownership

As noted in the Terms and Conditions, you may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

By continuing to use this website you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this document periodically to stay aware of our modifications.

Spam

We have a zero-tolerance for spam sent out by any of the sites we are affiliated with. Spam includes, but is not limited to, sending emails to people who have not opted into your list, adding people to your list without their approval, or adding people back into your list who have chosen to opt-out. Violation of this can result in suspension or cancellation of your account without a refund.

Hold Harmless

You agree to hold TellTheWorldAboutUS.com, RXM Financial Consultants, and their employees and affiliates harmless for any ability or inability to use or not use our services. We are not responsible in any way for any losses you may incur in the use or non-use of our services. This covers matters that are both in our control and matters not within our control (website hack, DoS or DDoS attack, server issues, etc). Though we have a highly dependable system we are not responsible for any losses of any kind including loss of business, paid advertising, or other fees expended on your behalf to use our services.

Marketing

You are prohibited from using viruses (trojans, adware, etc) to market your site or capture page or associated QR code. Violation of this can result in suspension or cancellation of your account without a refund.

Refusal Of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes the industries we WILL NOT participate in linking your website to. This includes; Pornography of any level and degree, Trafficking of any level and degree, Gambling of any level and degree, a Luciferian association of any level and degree, and Political Agendas. There are plenty of other website builders out there to service those needs, we at TTWAU.com will not be one of them.

Quality Control

We reserve the right to do quality control over all links sent for the orders to ensure the websites are clean of any negative harmful nature that may promote anything that is listed on the Refusal Of Service Section.

NO USE OF PROFANITY, OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE OR SEXUALITY THEMES USERNAMES OR BIOS,

Email Address Or Domains 

We will terminate any account, without a refund, that uses any abusive language. profanity of any type or sexually themed or suggestive words in usernames, email addresses, domain names, or names in general used within and related to your TTWAU.com account. This also includes any site to which you are directing your TTWAU.com account to.

3 Business Days To Cancel

You agree to provide at least 3 business days’ notice when canceling your monthly subscription. Failure to do so will result in a “Canceling in Poor Standing” designation which will require you to sign up as a new member and pay the $15 set up fee if you decide to come back. We reserve the right to refuse accounts to anyone canceling in poor standing.

Website Page Designs

You may use the website designs we provide you but you are not allowed to copy them to another site or use them outside of the software that we provided you with. You are not allowed to take any elements of the design or script and re-use them in any manner.

Canceling In Poor Standing

All accounts that are canceled in poor standing and their contents become the sole property of TTWAU.com. You can avoid canceling in poor standing by meeting our terms and conditions by providing 3 business days notice prior to any cancellation.
